The Director of Engineering for Mission Intelligence will manage engineering teams, oversee recruitment, develop standardized processes, and contribute to organizational strategy while remaining technically engaged with projects.

Lead system architecture, definition, and implementation for robotic systems. Develop and maintain a drone simulator, optimize performance, define technical solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring junior developers.

The UAV Battery Engineer will own battery architectures for UAV platforms, focusing on safety, testing, and supplier management while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Plan and run real-world test campaigns and live flight demonstrations, train clients on autonomous systems, support hardware/software debugging, and deploy/integrate C2 and RF systems for field validation.

Design, implement, and validate automated manufacturing and test systems. Improve OEE and reliability, integrate automation with ERP/MES, build OEE dashboards and predictive maintenance, prototype robotics solutions, standardize architectures, and train technical staff.

Design and implement GNC and mission/path-planning algorithms for multi-agent autonomous systems, build scalable backend integrations, run simulation validation campaigns, and collaborate with AI/ML, backend, and product teams to deliver production-ready autonomy.

Design and implement GNC, sensor fusion, and control systems for UAVs; run simulations and flight testing; analyze flight data; integrate GNSS/INS/IMU and maintain flight computers across platforms.
