Own day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, payroll coordination, month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity/multi-currency recordkeeping. Design and validate high-performance mechanical structures and mechanisms for humanoid robots. Create detailed CAD models and drawings, run FEA and topology optimization, prototype and test designs, ensure manufacturability and safety, resolve design issues, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and vendors to transition concepts to production.

Lead Humanoid's commercial expansion across MENA (initial focus Saudi Arabia and the GCC). Own regional go-to-market strategy, build pipeline, secure pilots and commercial agreements, develop strategic partnerships with enterprise and government stakeholders, and manage regional revenue, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of humanoid robotics.

Own electrical serviceability for humanoid robots: design-for-serviceability, define and validate repair/rework procedures, specify diagnostics and safe-isolation practices, feed service requirements into design and S-FMEA, and support New Services Introduction as the electrical interface between Services and R&D.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux platform software and core subsystems for humanoid robots, integrating sensors and safety systems, building kernel/device drivers, ensuring performance and reliability, leading cross-functional projects, and contributing infrastructure and safety practices for real-world deployments.

Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for humanoid robotics, AI/ML, embedded and mechanical engineering. Build pipelines, source niche talent, partner with engineering, optimize interview processes, use ATS and AI tools, mentor recruiters, and report hiring metrics to leadership.
