Drive regional sales growth for Bradken's Fixed Plant products by developing/executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored technical solutions. Provide market intelligence and forecasts via Salesforce, collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and product teams, support product development, achieve sales and margin targets, lead improvement initiatives, and travel regularly within the region.

Design and develop fixed-plant mining equipment and wear products using 3D modelling, reverse engineering, simulation, and PLM. Produce drawings, BOMs, support manufacturing, site inspections, and continuous improvement across product lifecycle.

Provide hands-on, customer-facing technical support for mining products (buckets, G.E.T., crawler systems). Support field evaluations, warranty analysis, product design/customisation, reverse engineering, CAD/FEA modelling, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product performance and deliver solutions to customers.

Gather and analyse business requirements and processes, document current and future-state workflows, support business cases and solution evaluation, assist testing and UAT, track actions/issues, and support continuous improvement across global operations.

Create and maintain clear technical documentation (user guides, SOPs, manuals, release notes, specifications, knowledge base) managed in Teamcenter and document systems. Plan, prioritise and deliver documentation across projects, manage version control and lifecycle, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support manufacturing and customer needs.

The Design Engineer will develop, improve, and customize mining equipment, focusing on Crawler Systems. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, drafting, product analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee production quality, manage ISO compliance, lead QA teams, and ensure operational excellence.

The Senior Design Engineer designs and improves mineral processing products, supports manufacturing and sales, and provides technical customer support while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Provide hands-on, customer-facing technical support for mining products (excavator buckets, G.E.T., crawler systems). Diagnose site issues, support field evaluations and warranty analysis, produce CAD models and simulation inputs, assist with product design, reverse engineering, trials, and validation while coordinating with sales, manufacturing and supply chain.

Maintain and grow regional customer relationships, identify new business and international opportunities, lead strategic supply agreements, execute regional sales plans, advise on product development, collaborate cross-functionally, and track pipeline and reporting via Salesforce. Requires travel and bilingual capabilities.
