Serves as a strategic and tactical HR advisor to Underwriting leaders and employees. Coaches managers on engagement, performance, compensation, talent development, employee relations, and workforce matters. Supports benefits, recruiting, and HR programs; ensures employment-law compliance; identifies process improvements; and handles sensitive employee information confidentially.

Manages property liability claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluates coverage, liability, damages, and exposure; communicates determinations; negotiates settlements; directs defense counsel and litigation strategy; participates in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials; and maintains accurate claim files. The role requires analytical judgment, negotiation, communication, organization, and insurance claims experience, with opportunities for professional development.

Oversee insurance coverage litigation, analyze complex coverage and claims-handling issues, assess exposure, collaborate with outside counsel, draft pleadings and coverage positions, respond to regulatory complaints, participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and advise senior management on legal and underwriting best practices.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, mobile, hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Deploy and maintain systems, perform imaging and updates, test hardware and software, manage assets and documentation, and follow change-management and information-security policies. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, resolve helpdesk tickets, and participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation. The role requires strong customer service, Windows and Microsoft expertise, device-management experience, networking familiarity, and physical equipment handling.

Reviews audit reports and financial documents, evaluates premium accuracy, processes audit endorsements, manages cancellation notices, communicates with brokers and vendors, monitors vendor performance, resolves disputes, and supports workflow and system improvements.

Join a cross-functional Agile team to design, build, and deploy enterprise applications. Deliver scalable code, contribute to architecture, research technologies, champion best practices, manage dependencies, and use AI coding assistants to improve productivity. Mentor peers and participate in Agile ceremonies to continuously improve delivery.

Handle low-to-moderately complex commercial Property and Liability claims under supervision. Investigate claims, evaluate coverage and liability, communicate with stakeholders, negotiate resolutions, maintain organized claim files, and drive timely claim outcomes.

Provide recruiting coordination and HR administrative support: schedule interviews, manage new-hire paperwork and onboarding, maintain ATS data, coordinate career fairs and campus events, and build toward ownership of high-volume requisitions while working with recruiters and hiring managers.

Support accounts receivable premium balances for Aspera Insurance Services by following up on past-due balances, reviewing and sending statements, processing invoices and cash application, releasing cancellation notices, reconciling transactions, preparing return premium checks, and maintaining electronic and scanned records.

Serve as a proactive QA partner across the SDLC: define risk-based test strategies, design maintainable end-to-end automation for web-based Java apps, incorporate non-functional testing (performance, security, resilience), collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements, diagnose and report defects, and mentor others to raise QA standards.
