Work alongside developers on real projects: write and run unit and integration tests, implement minor code changes, fix bugs, and learn software development practices.

Lead strategic projects from conception to completion, coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Policy Admin, Marketing), manage project plans, DevOps boards, risks, and stakeholder communications while promoting company values and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data products. Monitor data pipelines, support data modeling and semantic layers, enforce governance, and collaborate with analytics and AI teams to deliver context windows and embeddings for AI/ML workflows.

Support data modernization by building and maintaining data pipelines, monitoring data quality, validating and documenting datasets, and collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business teams. Assist with reporting solutions and gain exposure to cloud data platforms, reporting tools, and AI-related data use cases.

Provide administrative support to the VP of Underwriting and department directors: manage calendars, travel, expense reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, mail screening, employee engagement events, MIB and medical reporting coordination, maintain reports and vendor contracts, and assist agents with specimen ordering and system code management.

Support and deliver training for life insurance agents on products, sales, servicing, and motivation. Assist with onboarding, ongoing field support, training materials, recordkeeping, and coordination with agency management and internal departments. Provide agent transportation during classes and conferences.
