Lead and oversee the internal audit function, develop and execute a multi-year risk-based audit plan, manage audit managers and staff, evaluate internal controls (including SOX and NAIC MAR), incorporate data analytics and continuous monitoring, report findings to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, and liaise with external auditors and regulators.

Manage and analyze pay programs including salary structures, incentive and equity plans. Conduct market pricing, compensation analyses, compliance checks, vendor coordination, and support annual planning and compensation operations.
