Develop and govern enterprise Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and Purview solutions for a federal client. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, architecture, application and workflow development, testing, deployment, documentation, administration, governance, code reviews, migrations, and production support. Maintain SOPs, SharePoint repositories, tracking systems, and program documentation while coordinating with federal security units and operational stakeholders.

Lead accessibility remediation for federal Memoranda of Agreement under Section 508. Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to remediate and validate documents, perform data quality checks, manage publication and metadata workflows, update SharePoint and MOA tracking systems, distribute compliant files, coordinate with government stakeholders, and report publication progress. The role also oversees project-related activities and maintains accurate records for active and inactive agencies.
