The Implementation Project Consultant will gather information for user setup, act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders, and facilitate client transitions to new providers, ensuring effective project management and customer service.

Review and process pharmacy claims, ensure accuracy, communicate with pharmacies and providers, support audits, uphold HIPAA compliance, and identify trends to improve efficiency.

Serve as the primary contact for provider concerns, manage provider performance improvement plans, monitor provider operations (claims, billing, redelivery), maintain CRM records and reporting, support onboarding/training, act as a specialist for large accounts, and provide rotating weekend coverage.

Process and reconcile billing transactions accurately and timely, investigate discrepancies, prepare adjustments/refunds, collaborate with Finance and Operations to resolve variances, and identify workflow improvements while maintaining confidential, audit-ready financial records.
