Manage and grow assigned commercial/business client portfolios through relationship management, cross-selling bank products, credit analysis, underwriting, covenant monitoring, and coordinating reviews to maximize portfolio profitability and retention.

Manage troubled commercial loan relationships and design workout, restructuring, liquidation, and litigation strategies. Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and credit risk; coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing recoveries.

Perform commercial credit analysis including statement spreading, tax return review, covenant management, annual reviews, and problem loan reporting. Prepare underwriting forms, package loans for documentation, monitor maturing lines and delinquencies, order credit reports, and support Relationship Managers and Commercial Underwriters.

Lead branch business development for small and mid-sized business clients: acquire and grow relationships, create calling and relationship plans, coordinate loans and services with internal partners, manage branch staff, ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness, run recruitment/training, control branch budget and represent the bank in the community.

Manage and grow an assigned commercial/business loan portfolio through client retention, cross-selling, credit analysis, underwriting, covenant management, and business reviews. Coordinate with Regional Managers and partners to identify expansion opportunities, ensure complete loan documentation, monitor portfolio profitability and risk, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Provide customer service, onboarding, training, and support for treasury management and business online banking products (RDC, ACH, Wires, Lockbox). Process and track business online banking agreements, troubleshoot user issues, support sales/product teams, ensure regulatory/compliance controls, and assist with testing and internal audit tasks.

Build and manage small business client relationships by selling banking and treasury solutions, acquiring new clients through outreach and community engagement, analyzing financial statements and creditworthiness, collaborating with internal partners to deliver solutions, and ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Perform final reviews of complex commercial loan documentation to ensure compliance with laws, bank policy, and underwriting. Advise lenders, documenters, and legal counsel; prepare and review documents (including out-of-state matters), update forms/procedures, conduct secondary reviews, coordinate outside counsel, and serve as compliance resource and trainer for documentation team.
