Manage and grow assigned commercial loan portfolios by underwriting, monitoring credit risk, and collaborating with relationship managers. Conduct reviews, financial analysis, covenant management, and cross-sell bank products to maximize portfolio profitability and retention. Support customer relationships and periodic travel across the bank footprint.

Perform credit and collateral analysis for agricultural commercial loans, monitor covenants and borrowing bases, prepare budgets, inspections, reconciliations and trend reports, coordinate appraisals and maturities, and support Ag Industry Specialists with reporting, systems, and underwriting documentation while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead branch business development for small and mid-sized business clients: acquire and grow relationships, create calling and relationship plans, coordinate loans and services with internal partners, manage branch staff, ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness, run recruitment/training, control branch budget and represent the bank in the community.
