Manages business development for small and midsized business customers across Bay Area branches. Acquires and develops customer relationships, identifies financial solutions, coordinates loan processing, supports branch profitability, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads branch staff training and development. Represents the bank in community and industry functions while managing sales activities, customer service, risk controls, audits, budgets, and internal business partnerships.

Manages and grows a commercial banking loan portfolio by retaining clients, identifying expansion opportunities, analyzing credit facilities, structuring loans, monitoring profitability and risk, and ensuring covenant and documentation compliance. Manages and grows small-business banking relationships through prospecting, community networking, financial analysis, lending and deposit solution sales, and exceptional client service. Evaluates business financial health, cash flow, creditworthiness, and risk; collaborates with underwriting, portfolio management, and other banking teams to deliver appropriate solutions. Monitors portfolio quality, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, and identifies opportunities to expand client relationships and bank profitability.

Maintains customer and account records in bank systems, processes tax forms, deceased depositor requests, returned mail, fee postings, address reviews, account closures, and mobile deposit limits. Scans and indexes documents, supports branches and departments, follows banking regulations and procedures, and provides professional internal customer service. Requires accurate transaction understanding, sound judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently and transition between tasks.

Provides personalized investment advice by analyzing clients’ financial situations, goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs. Recommends suitable financial products, develops and maintains investment plans, opens and services client accounts, supports business development, and maintains confidential records. The role requires compliance with FINRA, broker-dealer, insurance, FDIC, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, information security, and other applicable regulations.

Provides personalized investment advice and financial planning to individual and business clients. Interviews clients, analyzes financial circumstances and risk tolerance, recommends suitable investment products and strategies, manages accounts and records, supports business development, and maintains compliance with FINRA, FDIC, insurance, and banking regulations. Requires ongoing education, confidentiality, professionalism, and knowledge of financial markets and bank products.

Manage and grow relationships with middle-market commercial clients (≥$50M revenue), deliver holistic banking solutions (loans, treasury), perform credit analysis and underwriting, coordinate with internal partners, conduct annual reviews, participate in community and industry activities, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.

Manage troubled commercial loan relationships and design workout, restructuring, liquidation, and litigation strategies. Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and credit risk; coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing recoveries.
