The Cyber Technical Analyst conducts Computer Network Exploitation using targeting methodologies and tools, produces reports, and collaborates with stakeholders. Requires extensive cybersecurity experience and network analysis skills.

Perform full‑stack development in the customer cloud: design and implement UIs, backend services, and usability testing. Build intelligence-analysis applications using Python, PostgreSQL, AWS (SQS), HTML/CSS/vanilla JavaScript, and Git. Collaborate cross‑functionally, follow UI standards, and participate in product usability. Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and familiarity with customer data/analytic missions are highly desired. Must be U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI and polygraph.

Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems; build and maintain cloud solutions on AWS; develop software (Java, Python, C++, Ruby); implement CI/CD using GitHub/Jenkins; identify and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities; support clients, recommend improvements and cost efficiencies; work on Agile Scrum teams and document system engineering and open-source technology usage.

Design and build scalable backend services and data ingestion pipelines to process and enrich data (including LLM enrichment). Perform data modeling, mapping, and large-scale file manipulation while collaborating in an Agile team to deliver reusable APIs, optimize performance, and improve processes.

Lead systems engineering for cloud and on-prem environments: document current and target architectures, drive implementations/migrations, ensure availability/security/compliance, integrate with DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines, troubleshoot complex cross-domain issues, produce technical documentation/runbooks, and act as technical authority and executive-facing communicator.

Design, build, and deploy scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure and tooling. Serve as SME for PKI, networking, proxy servers, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible). Automate configuration, support migrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain and advance cloud capabilities.

Design, build, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub. Manage RHEL/Rocky Linux systems, automate deployments (CI/CD), script in Python/Bash, maintain documentation and security artifacts, and support platform operations and compliance for mission-critical systems.

Lead technical execution of medium-to-large engineering programs: manage cost, schedule, budgets, O&M of hybrid communications infrastructure, oversee staff and subcontractors, ensure timely delivery of CDRLs, engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive program financial performance.

Maintain and secure Windows servers and backend infrastructure, perform patching, backups, system installs and upgrades, manage hypervisors and remote access, troubleshoot complex issues, automate with scripting, collaborate with security and network teams, and support security analysis of audit logs.

Lead and oversee delivery of customer-focused IT programs: manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and CDRLs; coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams; act as primary customer interface; drive change management and develop team performance across program lifecycle.
