Design, integrate, test, and release vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. Develop/manage electrical requirements and BOMs, coordinate with suppliers, support prototype builds, validation, and production launches, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain whole-machine dynamic system models to support product development. Support design, analysis, and validation of cooling systems for diesel and electrified equipment. Perform 1-D simulations and CFD to size components, evaluate airflow and thermal performance, correlate simulations with test data, investigate cooling issues, and collaborate with design, systems, and validation teams to recommend improvements and enhance simulation tools and processes.

The Mechanical Engineer will design and test engine and cooling systems for construction and forestry equipment, create models and 2D drawings, and provide technical support in production.

Develop and maintain system automation tests for embedded controllers. Collaborate with development teams to deliver automated tests ensuring high code quality.

Create and maintain high-quality 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings, with emphasis on sheet metal design and manufacturability. Support engineering teams, implement change requests, ensure compliance with standards, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Design and develop embedded software to control vehicle functions using C/C++ or Simulink MBSD. Integrate in an Agile CI environment, perform unit, bench, simulation and vehicle testing, troubleshoot hardware-in-the-loop systems, and create software design documentation.
