The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for building relationships, understanding customer financial needs, managing operational tasks, and adhering to banking regulations. The role requires mentoring others and proficiency in banking products.

Lead strategy, governance, and operation of accounting data and financial systems. Oversee GL systems, integrations, reporting architecture, data quality controls, SOX/ICFR compliance, automation, and modernization initiatives. Partner with IT, auditors, and business stakeholders, drive process improvements, and manage a team of accounting data analysts and report developers to strengthen financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Manage and service fiduciary and investment needs for wealth management clients. Develop and implement asset allocation and portfolio structures, follow investment committee policies, prepare proposals and presentations, communicate with clients and advisors, support research and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and three-year strategic planning for lines of business. Build complex financial models, develop KPIs and profitability metrics, prepare board and management reporting, support M&A and systems implementations, and present results to senior leaders. Create and test Power BI visualizations and DAX calculations; extract and analyze data from multiple sources.

Serve as a branch-facing advisor who builds customer relationships, explains and sells bank products, opens and maintains accounts, follows AML/BSA controls, and supports branch operations. Enroll customers in self-service technology, pursue NMLS registration, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and resolve complex customer needs.
