Leads ACH and real-time payments operations, including daily processing, team performance, settlement, reconciliation, controls, compliance, and escalations. Builds and develops recruiting teams, establishes standardized selection and onboarding practices, advises executives and hiring leaders, manages external recruiting partners, and uses labor-market intelligence, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to improve hiring quality, candidate experience, workforce planning, and retention.

Supports bank Treasury and Asset/Liability Management through balance sheet reporting, KRI tracking, loan and deposit analytics, profitability analysis, pricing support, peer benchmarking, financial modeling, and automated data processes. Documents methodologies for regulatory compliance and presents insights to senior committees. Requires strong financial analysis, data management, modeling, accounting, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Supports treasury and balance-sheet management through financial modeling, forecasting, liquidity and capital analysis, fixed-income valuation, ALM, interest-rate risk, funds-transfer pricing, and loan and deposit pricing. Develops dashboards, reports, and automated data processes using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SQL. Provides analysis and reporting to senior management, ALCO, board committees, and regulators while supporting strategic treasury initiatives and system improvements.

Build customer relationships, assess financial needs, recommend banking products, close sales, generate referrals, and support customer-facing technology enrollment. Open and maintain accounts, process cash and checks, balance drawers, follow AML/BSA and audit controls, and resolve customer issues.
