Manage and grow assigned regional key accounts in the semiconductor sector. Drive sales, identify new business and RFQs, handle customer escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support forecasting and inventory, prepare quotations and contracts, and deliver regular business updates and market intelligence.

Manage and grow semiconductor customer accounts by understanding technical and business needs, proposing solutions, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM and forecasts, coordinating order/delivery, supporting negotiations, resolving escalations, and driving account growth through cross-functional collaboration.

The Planner I is responsible for production scheduling, material coordination, and production planning to meet customer requirements. They manage work orders, troubleshoot control problems, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Lead regional sales strategy and execution for key semiconductor accounts in Asia. Drive pipeline, revenue and gross margin targets, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposals/pricing/contract negotiations, gather customer and competitive intelligence, and recruit and develop sales talent.

Design, develop, and validate automated LabVIEW-based test systems and control software for gas, liquid, and electromechanical subsystems. Build prototypes, execute qualification testing, create documentation and reports, and coordinate commissioning with design and manufacturing teams to support semiconductor manufacturing test operations.

Manage customer quality issues and CAPA, lead root-cause investigations, support ISO 9001 QMS, conduct internal audits, monitor process performance and calibration, and drive continuous improvement in a semiconductor production environment.

Lead new product introduction (NPI) process development and qualification across sites, convert small-scale processes to large-scale production, design and commission equipment, troubleshoot process issues, work with R&D and Sales on customer roadmaps, drive process control/SPC efforts, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
