Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, manage front-desk operations, maintain office supplies and refreshment areas, provide Level 1 HR ticket support, assist executives and department leadership with administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and mail, and ensure confidentiality and smooth office functioning.

Manage accounts receivable and fleet billing, perform cash and credit card reconciliations, support banking processes, prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations, and contribute to POS system upgrade testing and process adjustments.
