Support post-disaster recovery by coordinating project delivery, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, meeting logistics, travel, communications, and deliverable tracking. Manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and client communication. Lead small to mid-size planning, design, and construction projects for municipal clients in the Hawaiian Islands. Plan, schedule, scope, budget, and monitor project performance, quality, risk, change, health & safety, and vendor delivery. Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, maintain client relationships, support sales/marketing, and ensure project profitability through earned value analysis and timely invoicing. Adapt to evolving assignments and align delivery with organizational standards and tools.

Lead strategic account growth for Texas water and wastewater clients by defining multi-year growth plans, managing large multidisciplinary portfolios, driving complex pursuits, aligning enterprise resources, and cultivating executive relationships. Balance revenue, margin, risk, and retention while mentoring CSM talent, influencing resource allocation, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor across service lines and geographies.

Administer Egnyte and other enterprise platforms, support help desk issue resolution, manage small platform projects, implement workflow and automation improvements, ensure change control and security compliance, document SOPs and knowledge content, and collaborate with stakeholders while providing occasional mentorship.
