Lead end-to-end implementations of the Rental product suite, managing multiple projects, delivering on-site and remote training, tracking risks/status, escalating issues, and ensuring timely successful delivery using consultancy and technical knowledge.

Deliver end-to-end ERP finance implementations: install, configure and train customers on accounts modules, support pre-sales demos, manage go-live checklists, resolve implementation and post-live issues, liaise on requirements, test modifications, and produce consultancy documentation.

Provide first-line B2B application support for Klipboard Rental: troubleshoot issues, write SQL queries, communicate with customers via phone/email/chat, maintain detailed case notes, meet SLAs, create documentation and deliver training, and work rotating overnight shifts covering AUS/NZ hours.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Rental product suite, managing multiple projects, conducting on-site and remote training, tracking delivery status, escalating risks, and using consultancy and technical skills (including SQL) to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Manage and coach a team of customer support representatives to deliver SaaS platform support across phone, email, and chat. Oversee daily support operations, KPIs, escalations, ticketing processes, inventory/stock management, and cross-team collaboration to improve customer experience, retention, and reporting.
