Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat and phone. Troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers via phone/email/chat, manage cases to SLA, create documentation, deliver training, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and service improvements.

Own a defined product mission end-to-end: understand customer problems, define roadmap, manage backlogs, validate assumptions with data, deliver B2B SaaS/ERP product releases, and produce clear documentation while applying AI-enabled features and commercial judgement.

Lead and develop a team of consultants and technical staff to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations (scoping, design, build, test, go-live). Ensure high-quality customer outcomes, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, drive integrations, data work, reporting/BI, on-site and remote delivery, and continuous improvement across consultancy services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Nordics, build relationships, deliver product presentations and demos, negotiate and close contracts, maintain CRM pipeline, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure customer success.
