Own end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix's new card issuance program: design authorization decisioning, monitor network fraud/dispute health, build onboarding and first-use controls, partner with Product/Engineering to embed controls, manage chargeback/representment strategy, and use SQL/BigQuery to size exposure and iterate post-launch.

Leads Fraud Investigators and Chargeback Analysts across transaction review, customer fraud cases, investigations, and dispute filing. Coaches employees, manages performance and operational metrics, handles escalations, ensures investigation and chargeback quality, maintains compliance with financial regulations, and coordinates with Fraud, Data, Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams. Supports fraud pattern detection, service continuity during volume spikes, and team development.

Drive end-to-end compliance operations projects from scoping through launch and monitoring. Coordinate Engineering, Legal, Product, vendors, and Team Leads; track roadmaps, risks, dependencies, deadlines, and blockers; identify workflow gaps; recommend process improvements and automation; run roadmap reviews; and provide concise stakeholder updates. The role executes within compliance guardrails while escalating regulatory, legal, and strategic decisions to the Compliance Operations Manager.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to embed controls and create reusable playbooks for future products and markets.

Lead test automation efforts: design and execute test plans, build and maintain automation frameworks (UI/API), integrate tests into CI/CD, triage defects, monitor test stability, and champion quality across teams to ensure reliable product releases.

Lead the design and scaling of a unified fraud and risk platform. Define product roadmap, run data analysis and A/B tests, collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build real-time fraud detection, manage stakeholders, and balance customer experience with effective risk mitigation.

Lead and operate Felix's US financial infrastructure and partner ecosystem. Architect banking and payment processor relationships, manage stablecoin and custody partners, translate product needs into partner SLAs, negotiate commercial terms, source vendors for credit products, and build a Partnerships function including playbooks and hiring 2-3 managers.

Lead and mentor an AI engineering squad to design scalable AI architectures and deliver performant solutions. Partner with Product to prioritize roadmap, track metrics (usability, conversion, retention, F1), optimize development processes, drive technical decisions, and produce documentation to support long-term success.

Lead and deliver compliance operations projects end-to-end: translate roadmap into trackable initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize processes, monitor post-launch, and surface blockers for the Compliance Ops Manager.
