Sell digital and broadcast advertising by developing new accounts and growing existing clients; consult on marketing strategies; meet sales targets; manage billing, campaign optimizations, reporting, collections, and client relationships.

Produce commercials and promotional content from script through videography and editing. Create digital designs for web, mobile, streaming, and social. Collaborate with Promotion, News, and Sales teams and ensure client satisfaction using Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Maintain and modernize broadcast systems and tower sites across central and western Nebraska. Support studios, post-production, field production, live broadcasts and streaming. Monitor transmitters and air channels, ensure FCC/FAA compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain server and desktop systems for newsgathering, weather, and graphics.

The Technical Media Producer is responsible for newscast and commercial ingestion, playout, EAS and transmitter logging, and ensuring FCC compliance.
