Anchor and lead an expansive morning newscast on broadcast and streaming (4:30–9:00), contribute reporting/editorial content, break and lead live coverage, write clear newscast copy, engage audiences on social media, own extended streaming content, collaborate in the newsroom, and represent the station at public events.

Ten-week paid, part-time sales internship teaching media sales fundamentals: prospecting, coached cold calling, building client presentations and proposals, supporting digital and broadcast strategies, managing pipelines, and participating in weekly training alongside experienced sales leaders. Many interns convert to full-time hires.

Operate master control automation and video/audio systems, monitor on-air content, ingest and code programming and commercials, run prompter, set up studio and wireless equipment, coordinate satellite and live feeds, and respond to technical issues and breaking news across shifts.

Produce enterprise stories: develop sources, pitch daily, shoot, write, edit, and present compelling packages solo or with a photographer. Optimize stories for TV, digital, and social platforms and participate in daily editorial decisions. Perform live reporting and meet deadline-driven production needs.

Paid 10-week, 25-hour/week immersive internship where students produce news, weather, sports, digital content, or sell digital ad solutions. Interns handle real assignments, create digital-first content, collaborate with experienced staff, and build a professional portfolio with potential full-time opportunities.

Produce engaging digital, social, and streaming news content: write AP-style stories, send push alerts, post on social platforms, livestream events, edit video, use SEO and analytics, and coach reporters to optimize stories for web and social.

Report, write, and post multiple daily broadcast and digital stories; perform live shots and breaking news and severe weather coverage; gather user-generated content and manage social/web posting under tight deadlines; pursue investigative, enterprise stories and collaborate within a high-performing newsroom.

Sell local TV and digital advertising, negotiate rates, service and grow client accounts, forecast sales, create tailored proposals using research, coordinate production and internal departments, and maintain strong client relationships and professionalism.
