The Mechanical Engineer will oversee design coordination and administration for data center construction, ensuring technical compliance and effective communication between teams and clients.

Lead base building and MEP construction for data centers, coordinating with colocation providers and DCIB tenant fit-out teams. Manage schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, quality assurance, design coordination, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and perform regular site oversight throughout project lifecycle.

Lead hyperscale data centre projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover. Manage scope, schedule, quality, budgets, risks and multidisciplinary teams (MEP, mechanical, electrical). Coordinate contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, EH&S, Finance and Operations.

Owner-side BMS Project Manager responsible for delivering BMS/BAS packages across hyperscale data centre projects: design review, installation oversight, commissioning, integrated systems testing, QA, stakeholder coordination, and handover while ensuring compliance, safety, and system integration.
