Administers and optimizes servers, networks, cloud platforms, applications, cybersecurity controls, backups, and end-user systems. Serves as the Tier 3 escalation point, leads infrastructure upgrades and deployments, manages disaster recovery and business continuity, mentors junior staff, and advises leadership on technology standards, roadmaps, and risk. The role is based on-site in Ottawa and includes after-hours on-call leadership.
