Designs, develops, and delivers end-to-end training for claims and dispute operations, including onboarding, OJT, compliance updates, assessments, and learning metrics. Partners with QA, Ops, and Compliance to translate regulations and audit findings into practical curriculum, facilitates live and virtual sessions, coaches trainees, and maintains training records.
