Owns day-to-day legal, regulatory, and compliance execution across Utopia Studio and Utopia Capital. Responsibilities include managing QFCRA and fund filing calendars, coordinating investor reporting, conducting KYC and AML checks, maintaining compliance registers, supporting audits, administering contracts, coordinating external counsel, and keeping corporate, governance, licensing, and statutory records accurate and current. The role reports to the COO and works with finance, operations, external compliance providers, counsel, and company leadership.

Build and run UTOPIA’s operating backbone across finance, compliance, HR, infrastructure, governance, communications, and cross-entity performance. Oversee fund and studio finance with the CFO, including budgeting, NAV, capital calls, LP reporting, treasury, audits, and carry mechanics. Lead regulatory readiness, AML/CFT policies, filings, board operations, vendor strategy, business continuity, hiring, compensation, immigration, and scalable operating systems across a regulated investment platform and venture studio.

Design, develop, and scale Utopia OS infrastructure; oversee full-stack applications, data pipelines, and integration of AI workflows while mentoring engineers and maintaining documentation.
