Own and maintain Lexroom's proprietary legal database, ensure accuracy and currency of laws and case law, shape product features, define validation/training datasets with annotators and AI engineers, work with partners and law firms on data acquisition, act as subject-matter expert for legal domains, and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO, CTO, CRO, and Sales Director. Manage calendars, complex international travel, itineraries, expenses, meetings, communications, board activities, investor updates, events, confidential information, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate priorities across time zones and markets while tracking deliverables, resolving conflicts, and unblocking executives in a rapidly scaling company.

Own Lexroom.ai’s analytics engineering function by designing dbt transformation layers on BigQuery, modeling product, engineering, and business data, and building reliable self-service datasets and dashboards. Implement data quality testing, freshness monitoring, anomaly detection, documentation, and data contracts. Partner with engineering and AI teams on event tracking and model evaluation, while supporting Product with ad hoc analysis and insights.

Lead and grow a BDR team to generate qualified mid-market and enterprise pipeline. Own outbound strategy, metrics, hiring/onboarding, coaching, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment to convert pipeline into revenue.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance frontend features with Next.js and React. Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to integrate APIs, uphold coding standards, participate in code reviews, and deliver intuitive user interfaces.
