Oversee program managers, integrate growth-to-execution, ensure delivery, production readiness, customer engagement, compliance, and organizational leadership across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Support U.S. Navy modernization and technology integration across shipboard, shore, and submarine platforms. Coordinate installation planning, create installation procedures and training materials, establish technical specifications, ensure compliance with Navy directives and NAVWAR/NAVSEA guidance, track budgets and schedules, and liaise with government and industry stakeholders to deliver C4I system upgrades and modernization efforts.

Design and implement NLP and LLM-powered pipelines to extract, summarize, and semantically search technical documentation. Lead mechanical engineering for defense sensor and mission systems: define architectures, guide design trades, oversee subcontractors and suppliers, lead integration/test, drive producibility and production-readiness, support proposals and customer engagement, and mentor engineering staff.

Lead cross-functional technical and programmatic execution for defense maritime, sensor, and autonomous system programs. Manage integration, test, production transition, configuration control, supplier coordination, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and program planning while mentoring engineers and improving processes to scale production and readiness.
