Build and ship full-stack features for Flex, a DER orchestration product for electricity utilities. Responsibilities include backend services, data models, web UI, operational tooling, monitoring, reporting, and production observability. Own features end-to-end, integrate power flow and optimization outputs, collaborate across engineering teams, use AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to testing, code quality, CI/CD, and knowledge sharing.

Own high-leverage product and technical initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through measurable delivery. Translate executive priorities into plans, align cross-functional teams, surface risks, and drive outcomes across product, engineering, data, AI, and commercial functions. Provide decision-ready recommendations to the CEO and CPO, improve operating cadences, establish ownership mechanisms, and use hands-on analysis, prototyping, code, data, and AI tools to unblock progress and increase organizational leverage.

Own and build Gridsight’s marketing function, including product marketing, positioning, account-based growth, customer advocacy, industry community, content, market credibility, AI-enabled workflows, budgeting, measurement, and team development. Partner with founders, Commercial, Product, Customer, and Engineering leadership to support complex utility sales, customer expansion, and U.S. market growth.

Analyze utility customer data, build dashboards and visualizations, deliver bespoke analyses, validate outputs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support customer delivery by partnering with power engineers and data engineers, troubleshoot data issues, and help translate recurring analyses into product features. Contribute to documentation, playbooks, tooling, and automation that improve analytics delivery.

Own the end-to-end finance and accounting function across entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include financial close, consolidations, reporting, cash management, compliance, tax, audits, external partners, finance systems, controls, automation, budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support, and team leadership. The role will build scalable finance infrastructure, improve operational processes, provide decision support to executives and investors, and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.

Build and validate AI-native tooling for utility power-engineering and go-to-market teams. The role combines customer discovery, workflow analysis, Python and SQL development, data investigation, prototypes, integrations, debugging, and production-quality software. You will partner with Product and Engineering, dogfood tools on live customer problems, define requirements and quality standards, lead rollout and adoption, train users, and establish the company’s forward-deployed engineering operating model. Regular customer and U.S. team travel is required.
