Own end-to-end billing operations including exception identification and resolution, declines monitoring and trend reporting, monthly payment file processing, and carrier integrations. Serve as the primary connector between enrollment (E123), payment gateway (NMI), Member Care, and carriers. Manage ticket queue, escalate issues, and surface data-driven patterns to improve billing accuracy and operational continuity.

Onboard, train, and activate newly contracted insurance agents through outreach, workshops, webinars, and product education. Generate and nurture leads, support sales enablement, manage a small account portfolio, represent the company at industry events, and relay escalated agent concerns. Conduct targeted call campaigns to gather feedback and inform product and operational improvements.

Own billing lifecycle: process carrier payment files, monitor declines, identify and resolve revenue exceptions, manage billing tickets, and partner cross-functionally to maintain billing accuracy and surface trends.

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned national account partners to drive adoption, training, and performance. Monitor account health and metrics, conduct trainings and business reviews, translate data into recommendations, coordinate cross-functional support, and identify growth and retention opportunities to improve partner execution and results.
