The Technical Account Manager will provide technical advisory to customers, focusing largely on solution architecture and maintaining technical coherence between the client and NX1. Responsibilities include engaging in architecture review boards, translating escalations, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Lead and scale NexusOne's sales function end-to-end: set strategy and targets, build and coach a high-performing team, design repeatable processes and tooling, own forecasting and key sales metrics, close strategic enterprise deals, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue.

Lead and scale Nexus Ones customer support function: define strategy, hire and manage a tiered support team, implement tooling and KPIs (CSAT, response/resolution time), build self-serve resources, partner with Product and Engineering to close feedback loops, and handle high-priority escalations.

Lead technical direction across domains, solve ambiguous systems problems, improve architecture and operational rigor, mentor senior engineers, partner with product and leadership on roadmap and strategy, and write code for high-impact tasks.

Serve as the technical advisor for a flagship enterprise account, focusing on solution architecture and technical advisory, while maintaining coordination between the customer and NX1 engineering teams.
