Create and maintain detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies, apply DFM principles, manage complex assemblies and BOMs, ensure compliance with standards/GD&T, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing, manage CAD data in PDM, and support design reviews.

As a Rotordynamics Engineer, you will analyze and design rotating assemblies for gas turbine systems, ensuring safety and reliability at high RPM.

Design and take digital, analog, and mixed-signal PCBs from architecture through layout, fabrication, bring-up, testing, and production. Address signal/power integrity, grounding, thermal, and EMI/EMC. Define hardware-firmware interfaces, debug and characterize boards, develop test fixtures, and manage BOMs, documentation, and vendor assembly.

Design and iterate aerodynamic surfaces and OMLs using CAD; own CFD workflows (geometry, meshing, solving, automation, post-processing); develop aerodynamic databases and surrogate models for performance, loads, and stability; analyze high-lift, blown-wing, and propulsion-airframe interactions; maintain version-controlled datasets and improve internal aerodynamic tools and workflows.

Design, develop, and validate high-power aerospace power electronics including converters, distribution, motor controllers, PCB layouts, thermal and failure analysis, prototype bring-up, testing, and documentation for hybrid-electric powertrains.

Design, develop, and validate embedded firmware across low-level drivers to application control for safety-critical aerospace systems. Build drivers, implement communication protocols, debug hardware/firmware, create HIL and automated tests, and maintain documentation, version control, and firmware release processes.
