Manage a portfolio of strategic law firm accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and driving platform adoption, behavior change, retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Work directly with lawyers and senior stakeholders on client sites, lead discovery and enablement initiatives, monitor customer health metrics, identify declining usage, and translate feedback into product insights. Collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product, and Marketing while representing Legora at market and client events.

Leads the EMEA BDR organization, owning pipeline generation, team performance, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and scalable outbound processes. Sets performance standards, monitors metrics, reviews calls and deals, improves messaging and tooling, and partners with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to maximize qualified pipeline. The role is based in Stockholm and combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Complete AP systems implementation, automate manual workflows with AI, resolve exceptions, support month-end close, and document scalable processes while serving vendors and internal stakeholders.

Owns statutory accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance across international legal entities. Responsibilities include preparing local financial statements, filing reports, maintaining accurate books, managing compliance calendars, monitoring legislative changes, establishing processes in new markets, coordinating with advisors and authorities, and implementing internal controls. The role requires strong organization, deadline management, communication, and expertise in multiple statutory reporting frameworks.

Owns daily global billing execution across entities and currencies, including invoicing, credit memos, amendments, usage true-ups, reconciliations, exception management, and dunning support. The role handles complex customer billing issues, oversees outsourced billing support, maintains audit-ready controls and documentation, monitors billing performance, and drives process improvements. It partners with Finance and Revenue Accounting to improve billing accuracy, customer experience, data quality, and financial integrity.

Own day-to-day accounting for multiple entities and support monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, flux analysis, audit schedules, intercompany transactions, and group reporting. The role also improves and automates finance processes within the ERP and collaborates internationally across jurisdictions and time zones.

Leads and scales a team of Private Markets Account Executives, owning pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, coaching, strategic deal execution, executive relationships, account strategy, and sector-specific sales playbooks. Partners with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, product priorities, and customer outcomes for investment firms.
