As Commercial Counsel, you will draft, negotiate contracts, advise on legal risks, and standardize commercial agreements while collaborating with business teams.

Lead and build Legora's executive recruiting function for Senior Director and above globally. Run end-to-end confidential searches, partner with external firms, hire and develop a small team, build processes and assessment frameworks, leverage investor networks, and raise senior-hiring standards across TA while partnering with reward, legal, and people ops to deliver fast, discreet offers.

Own relationships for strategic, often global, enterprise clients post-sale. Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals, and commercial negotiations. Drive value-based success planning, act as strategic advisor with Legal Engineering, manage a small team, and visit clients to ensure global deployment and growth.

Own and administer Legora’s post-sales systems, including Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, and Granola. Design automations and data connectivity, maintain system reliability and data integrity, resolve tool issues, partner with IT, Data, Product, and AI Enablement, and train post-sales teams. The role leads tool rollouts, migrations, documentation, workflow design, and responsible AI adoption as an individual contributor.

Own end-to-end client journey for a portfolio of mid-market accounts: drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Build tailored success plans, monitor health metrics, advise clients, automate workflows with AI, mentor associates, and feed product feedback into engagement playbooks.

Manage the full sales cycle focusing on mid-market corporations and law firms, build strong relationships, deliver product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Partner with top-tier law firms to drive adoption of Legora's AI-native platform: run pilots, onboard users, deliver demos and training, gather user insights to inform product roadmap, and develop scalable playbooks to improve legal workflows and ROI from AI.

The Legal Engineer will act as a liaison between clients and technology, enhancing their use of the Legora platform, providing demos, and driving client adoption across services.
