Own and standardize multi-site corporate network architecture (LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN/SD‑WAN, segmentation, DNS/DHCP, firewalls). Run Meraki Dashboard and Tailscale, manage ISPs and vendor relationships, monitor uptime, lead site installs and upgrades, automate network management, troubleshoot escalations, and document the network estate.

Serve as a trusted advisor across onboarding, pilots, training, and adoption; deliver demos and workshops; translate customer insights into product improvements; build scalable playbooks and best practices to embed generative AI into Real Estate legal practice.

Own relationships for strategic, often global, enterprise clients post-sale. Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals, and commercial negotiations. Drive value-based success planning, act as strategic advisor with Legal Engineering, manage a small team, and visit clients to ensure global deployment and growth.
