As an Engagement Manager at Legora, you will guide clients post-sale, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and renewal while driving retention and expansion for leading law firms in Europe. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to optimize their experience and success with the product, all while building a comprehensive Customer Success playbook.

Lead compensation architecture and equity programs: define bands, run annual review cycles, benchmark markets, partner with Finance and Legal, build scalable tools, and educate managers to ensure competitive, equitable total rewards across geographies.

Serve as a client-facing legal-product specialist partnering with top law firms to run pilots, onboard teams, deliver product demos and training, gather user insights to inform roadmap, build scalable playbooks, and advise on AI-driven legal workflow improvements.

Lead post-sale experience for a portfolio of marquee global accounts: design tailored adoption playbooks, run multi-year change-management programs, build C‑suite relationships, drive adoption/ROI, coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals and expansions, and develop a small engagement team.

Operate and evolve a Kubernetes/CNCF platform, own multi-cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) ops, implement IaC (Pulumi), manage regional data-residency architecture, improve reliability and cost via SLOs, observability, autoscaling, and lead on-call and incident response while partnering with SRE/Foundation teams.

Lead a Munich-based GTM team to hit revenue targets by coaching reps, managing pipeline and forecasting, driving deal strategy, and using data/AI insights to improve conversion, velocity, and GTM execution while partnering cross-functionally to optimise playbooks and funnel performance.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO Office: manage complex calendars, travel, and email for executives; coordinate cross-timezone meetings; run offsites and events; triage requests; support projects and operations; improve systems; review expenses and book travel.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients, build relationships, deliver product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
