The Solutions Engineer will partner with sales and engineering teams to lead technical discussions, create demos, and drive customer engagement throughout the sales process, ensuring solutions meet client needs.

Partner with prospects, customers, Account Executives, and Sales/Legal Engineers to quantify and communicate Legora’s business value. Develop executive-ready ROI narratives, lead value discussions with senior stakeholders, train go-to-market teams, create value frameworks and tools, and support customer adoption and expansion through impact measurement.

Own post-sale onboarding, adoption, retention, and value realization for enterprise law firm and corporate accounts. Design tailored change-management playbooks, transformation roadmaps, success plans, and measurable ROI outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement, training, enablement, and operating cadences while coordinating GTM, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Support teams. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior legal stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product and go-to-market improvements.

Own post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise law firm and corporate accounts. Design client-specific adoption playbooks, change-management programs, transformation roadmaps, success plans, enablement, training, and value reviews. Advise senior legal stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, support commercial expansions, and translate customer feedback into product, marketing, and enablement improvements. Drive measurable adoption, retention, satisfaction, ROI, and enterprise-wide scaled use of Legora.

Supports post-sale onboarding, adoption, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, account health tracking, and value realization for strategic enterprise clients. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks usage and ROI, surfaces risks and expansion opportunities, channels customer feedback, and manages discrete workstreams while developing toward independent account ownership.

Lead end-to-end technical customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-rollout support. Configure SSO, document management system integrations, and API connections; manage documentation, testing, rollout execution, monitoring, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, provide technical training, troubleshoot enterprise issues, and relay customer insights to product and engineering teams.

Execute and improve global People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leave, documentation, data accuracy, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, international expansion, and operational metrics. Partner with People Tech on workflow improvements and automation while supporting acquisitions and organizational changes in a fast-growing, multinational company.

Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and post-rollout support. Configure SSO, document management system integrations, and API connections; create technical documentation and test plans; troubleshoot advanced issues; train customer teams; and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role also gathers delivery insights to improve future implementations and requires strong communication, project management, and enterprise integration skills.

Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone; qualify opportunities through structured discovery; nurture leads; collaborate with Sales and Marketing; maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline records; provide market insights; and support events and campaigns. This Sydney-based role is fully in-office five days per week and offers coaching, onboarding, variable compensation, and equity.
