Lead and scale an Engagement team for an Enterprise vertical in EMEA, owning post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization. Build playbooks, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes; coach managers and senior advisors; drive renewals and expansions; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to translate client feedback into product and GTM improvements.

Own and ship Legora's website end-to-end: build landing pages in Framer, manage site architecture and CMS strategy, instrument tracking (GTM), collaborate with marketing/brand/SEO, create reusable templates, apply AI tools to speed development and QA, and iterate weekly to keep the site fast, on-brand, and optimized for search and AI answer engines.

Own and optimize the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, tagging, lead scoring/routing, and marketing ops budget. Partner with RevOps and regional leaders to enable campaign-level analytics, ensure data integrity across systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), build dashboards, train marketing teams, and improve speed-to-lead to maximize pipeline impact.

Serve as a client-facing legal-product specialist partnering with top law firms to run pilots, onboard teams, deliver product demos and training, gather user insights to inform roadmap, build scalable playbooks, and advise on AI-driven legal workflow improvements.

Lead UK & Ireland marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand, field, and customer. Build and grow the regional team, own budget and reporting, drive ABM and integrated campaigns to generate pipeline and revenue influence, partner with GTM and product marketing, and develop customer advocacy and case studies.

Design and run certification-based onboarding and enablement programs for JAPAC BDR and SMB sales teams. Create playbooks, talk tracks, sequencing, and outbound frameworks. Partner with sales leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to diagnose gaps, align priorities, and drive conversion, pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates. Lead regional enablement for product launches, competitive shifts, and campaign activations to ensure reps are prepared and consistent.

Own GTM into UK public sector: manage full sales cycle, build stakeholder relationships, deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with product/engineering/legal, and refine account acquisition and management processes to scale adoption.

Lead Deal Desk for EMEA to accelerate sales velocity while protecting pricing integrity and revenue accuracy. Review, structure, and approve deals; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing and GTM Ops; support month-end close and audits; analyze deal trends; build scalable quote-to-cash processes; enable and educate Sales on policies and best practices.

Coordinate and quality-check outsourced multi-country payroll across APAC, manage vendor relationships, validate reconciliations, ensure compliance and documentation, improve processes and automation, and manage HRIS payroll inputs (HiBob).

Lead pricing and packaging strategy for Legora's AI-native legal platform across in-house and law firm segments. Design packaging architecture, define monetization for new products, run willingness-to-pay and buyer research, conduct competitive pricing analysis, and enable sales with pricing guidance and deal tools. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product to implement pricing changes and support strategic deals.
