Process and manage life insurance applications end-to-end, assess medical/nonmedical/financial risk, communicate with agents via phone/email/CRM, resolve application issues, and collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, timely customer service.

Supports the Office of the CIO by analyzing investment strategies, portfolio risk, credit data, asset allocation, manager exposures, peer disclosures, and market data. Builds dashboards, monitoring tools, and reports for senior decision-makers; automates risk reporting, exposure aggregation, and ALM scenario workflows; and applies software engineering practices to durable internal tools. Uses Python, SQL, BI platforms, cloud data technologies, and AI tools to improve investment analysis and operational efficiency.

Develop and grow relationships with insurance agencies and agents, build business pipelines, manage strategic accounts, and increase sales of life and annuity products. Provide product analysis, illustrations, case design, agent onboarding, education, and recommendations. Collaborate with field leaders and internal teams on account-specific sales and marketing strategies, communicate policy activity, and independently reactivate dormant agencies. The role is primarily onsite in Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont, with periodic travel.

Leads implementation and operationalization of VM-22 principle-based reserving for non-variable annuity products. Responsibilities include valuation methodology, assumption development, asset modeling, model requirements, testing, controls, documentation, production reporting, and financial impact analysis. Partners with Actuarial, Pricing, Investments, IT, Model Governance, and Internal Audit teams to establish a controlled, repeatable valuation process and resolve post-implementation issues.

Lead and develop an analytics team supporting Service and Operations leaders. Prioritize and deliver dashboards, reporting, forecasts, and self-service solutions; ensure analytical quality, data validation, and documentation; identify automation and AI opportunities; translate data into actionable recommendations; and communicate findings to technical and leadership audiences.

Lead stewardship of the firm's investment data ecosystem: govern classifications, data quality, ETL, reconciliations, vendor feeds, and reporting. Serve as business product owner for the investment data warehouse, support close processes, enable analytics tooling, coach analysts, and lead data workstreams for system implementations and modernization.

Provide quantitative analytics and reporting for private credit portfolios (Direct Lending, Asset-Based Finance, Structured Credit). Build and automate models, dashboards, and data workflows; validate and reconcile investment data; support underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk oversight, and senior reporting; collaborate with investment, risk, finance, operations, and technology teams.

Process after-issue life insurance and annuity policy changes, review requests for completeness, order underwriting requirements, calculate premium/commission impacts, update systems, maintain records, support audits, and collaborate with producers, policy owners, and internal teams to resolve servicing requests.

Lead and evolve the enterprise project management practice to translate strategy into outcomes. Design value-based delivery systems, optimize portfolio sequencing and flow, reduce decision latency, establish governance and decision frameworks, and align stakeholders across strategy, business, and technology to scale high-performing PM capabilities in the Life and Annuity industry.

Lead and manage income tax provision and compliance under ASC 740/SSAP 101. Oversee forecasting, filings, tax planning, audits, external advisors, process improvements, and cross-functional tax support. Mentor tax team and support special projects.
