Manages audit planning, documentation, testing, quality reviews, analytics, and reporting using Workiva. Builds and develops a team of auditors through hiring, coaching, training, and performance management while collaborating with business leaders, audit teams, and co-source partners.

Lead MuleSoft API engineering for the Payment Hub team, including API architecture, development, testing, deployment, production support, incident resolution, observability, and release validation. Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices while leading technical design discussions and cross-functional initiatives. Use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery efficiency and support scalable, resilient cloud integrations. The role may require up to 25% travel.

Supports commercial card and payables growth by coordinating client enrollment packages, preparing proposals and rebate agreements, enabling suppliers, documenting activities in the CRM, and certifying card sales records for audit readiness. Partners with relationship managers, treasury officers, card sales, clients, loan administration, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient processes. Provides client service, follows up on outstanding requirements, and supports portfolio growth. Occasional travel is required.
