Design and develop new and improved crushing plant products and modifications. Provide engineered solutions, resolve root-cause issues, follow design and quality standards (QFD, FMEA), manage engineering data, reduce manufacturing cost, investigate customer complaints, and apply up-to-date component and competitor knowledge to maintain performance, safety, and reliability targets.

Administers domestic and international sales orders from purchase order receipt through machine delivery. Provides customer, salesperson, and supplier support; prepares sales quotes, forecasts, management reports, and presentations; tracks machine inventory, production dates, delivery deadlines, and imports to distribution centers in Brazil and Mexico. Participates in commercial meetings and sales-related projects.

Provides aftermarket customer and dealer support for equipment replacement parts. Manages quotations, orders, backlogs, distributor relationships, parts records, pricing, and product information. Collaborates with buyers, planners, engineering, and other internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Develops recommended parts lists, supports product launches, identifies sales opportunities, and contributes to distributor scorecard processes.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electronics and emerging technologies. Manage supplier selection, qualification, performance, negotiations, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and strategic partnerships. Support new product introductions, engineering changes, supplier transitions, aftermarket sourcing, and supply chain optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Materials Management, and Product Development teams while evaluating technology trends and driving supplier development across a global supply base.

Design and develop new vegetation and tree care equipment, modify existing products, and ensure safety, reliability, performance, and compliance. Apply QFD, FMEA, design-for-manufacture, prototyping, and field testing standards. Collaborate with production, purchasing, suppliers, aftersales, and helpdesk teams to reduce costs, resolve customer complaints, answer technical queries, and evaluate emerging component and competitor design trends.

Develop and execute regional and global category strategies for industrial components across China and Asia. Manage strategic suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, establish pricing structures, qualify suppliers, and improve supply continuity, visibility, cost, and quality. Lead sourcing for footprint changes, product introductions, engineering changes, and aftermarket needs. Assess category risks, develop contingencies, support supplier development and cost reduction, and monitor market trends. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency and approximately 30% to 50% travel.

Supports the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, procedures, and equipment. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, engineering change orders, time studies, production planning, tooling and fixture support, prototype manufacturing, safe work processes, and cross-functional problem solving.

Provides front-desk customer experience, visitor access management, applicant coordination, onboarding support, meeting scheduling, event logistics, mail distribution, office supply management, maintenance coordination, process improvement, and general administrative project support. The role requires confidentiality, organization, reliable attendance, and occasional extended hours for events or business needs.

Receive, inspect, unload, store, pick, and dispatch parts and goods in a manufacturing environment. Maintain accurate inventory records through MRP/ERP data entry, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy reporting. Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts, maintain safe and orderly stores areas, retain receiving and dispatch documentation, and collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, warranty, and quality teams.

Support manufacturing engineering by installing and sequencing equipment, analyzing processes and cycle times, preparing process documentation, recommending design and layout changes to improve manufacturability and productivity, assisting in problem resolution, conducting inspections, and supporting cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.
