Directs the Finance department, including accounting, payroll, revenue audit, purchasing, and warehouse functions. Oversees budgeting, capital planning, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff development. Ensures adherence to GAAP, SEC, IRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and gaming regulations while providing management with accurate reporting and analysis.

Manages accounting and financial reporting, including budgets, variance analysis, general ledger reviews, payroll, month-end close, journal entries, internal controls, audits, regulatory requests, tax calculations, and financial analysis. Supervises accounting staff and collaborates with department leaders, compliance, and strategy teams. Requires a bachelor's degree, three to five years of related experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Develop and maintain customer relationships, create and execute marketing campaigns, secure new business, manage gaming placement strategies, negotiate contract terms, and meet revenue targets. The role includes cold calling, account management, customer conflict resolution, event support, licensing assistance, regulatory compliance, and professional representation at meetings and events.

Supports casino regulatory compliance programs, including Responsible Gaming, SARC, Title 31, CTR, and Self-Exclusion. Maintains compliance records, logs, approvals, and reports; assists with audits, regulatory submissions, research, training, and implementation. Coordinates with departments, provides compliance guidance, identifies potential issues, and supports management while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory documentation.

Removes and transports casino cash boxes, operates currency-counting equipment, prepares cash reports, packages verified currency and tickets, maintains count-room equipment, and follows internal controls and Maryland State Lottery regulations. The role also requires routine collaboration, basic mathematical skills, documentation accuracy, physical mobility, and obtaining a Maryland State Lottery license.

Counts and verifies gaming, food and beverage cash drops; collects and transports VLT cash boxes, currency, tickets, and coins; operates currency-counting equipment; prepares reports and documentation; follows internal controls, key-control procedures, and Ohio gaming regulations; maintains count-room equipment and cleanliness. The role requires early-morning availability, basic math and computer skills, physical mobility, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages and expands relationships with gaming location customers across an assigned regional route. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, acquiring new locations, securing renewals, meeting revenue quotas, planning customer accounts, coordinating internal teams, and resolving client concerns. The role also involves cold calling, conducting face-to-face sales meetings, promoting gaming areas and brands, and maintaining profitable customer relationships.
