Develops new sales opportunities and expands existing accounts through relationship building, prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Manages opportunities from initial contact through completion, maintains customer and sales activity records, identifies partnerships and market opportunities, and coordinates with distributors, customers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. The role also supports trade shows, customer visits, dealer events, and revenue-growth initiatives.

Provides administrative and office support by maintaining records, entering customer and part data in QuickBooks, preparing documents, tracking expenses, ordering supplies, and assisting management. Supports shipping, inventory, sales, and customer service teams; handles complaints, returns, orders, payments, customer accounts, and confidential information. Works Monday through Friday on the first shift and must pass background and drug screening and meet ATF firearm-possession requirements.
