Provides technical customer support for CDx Services software and equipment, troubleshooting issues, documenting cases, coordinating resolutions, and communicating status updates. Supports application configuration, equipment setup, customer training, knowledgebase development, system validation, and quality requirements. Collaborates with marketing, engineering, sales, clinical trials, deployment services, and external providers. Maintains Jira backlogs, prioritizes features, integrates subsystem models, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams using Agile and Lean practices.

Supervises payroll processing, compliance, audits, accounting, reporting, employee payments, expatriate payroll, and vendor relationships. Manages Kronos timekeeping setup, rules, reporting, maintenance, and user training. Leads payroll process improvements, statutory returns, labor-cost analysis, benefits administration, and audit activities while ensuring accurate and timely pay across the site.

Develop and implement U.S. and global service strategies for capital equipment, including lifecycle planning, service offerings, sales execution, representative training, and revenue growth initiatives. Partner with marketing, finance, sales, service operations, and regional leaders in a matrixed organization. Lead alignment meetings, support operating plans and forecasts, provide actionable analytics to leadership, and coach team members.

Develop C++ software and advanced algorithms for detection, tracking, sensor measurement processing, and 3D surface reconstruction in electrophysiology medical-device applications. Collaborate with advanced concept development teams and clinical end users to create commercially applicable features. Present technical approaches, debug complex applications, and apply computational geometry, optimization, numerical analysis, probability, and statistics in an Agile research and development environment.

Manage an AI transformation program within medical device R&D by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, track actions and decisions, communicate status to leadership, and drive accountability across technical, quality, regulatory, IT, and external partner teams. The role supports AI architecture, solution delivery, data engineering, and change enablement in a regulated environment.

Supports manufacturing performance and production goals by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting product and process issues, improving processes through Lean and Six Sigma methods, analyzing test results, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement equipment and process improvements.

Develop and execute metals sourcing strategies to reduce cost and improve supplier value. Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, negotiations, performance management, and quality alignment with R&D. Drive total cost of ownership improvements, supplier business reviews, and process improvement projects while coaching stakeholders and supporting site purchasing teams.

Manages sales and patient-care activities for spinal cord stimulation products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cultivating physician and hospital relationships, driving revenue, supporting procedures and device programming, educating patients before and after surgery, coordinating long-term device care, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with regional, reimbursement, and national account teams.
