Designs, administers, and improves enterprise talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, promotion reviews, and employee development. Partners with HR and business leaders, facilitates talent discussions, analyzes workforce data, develops dashboards, supports leadership development, and contributes to HR technology implementations and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Supports accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, invoice and payment processing, vendor setup and records, purchase orders, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, billing updates, reporting, budgeting support, and resolving vendor or invoice discrepancies. Provides payment information to Treasury and collaborates with other departments to maintain accurate financial data and support financial close activities.

Extracts and analyzes business data using statistical analysis, data mining, modeling, dashboards, and routine reporting. Maintains analytical models, documents audit trails, identifies relationships and underlying issues, and provides fact-based recommendations and solutions. Uses Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to support process development and capture business operations information.
