Paid 10-to-12-week engineering internship supporting electric utility projects in the Shreveport area. Interns collaborate with engineers on planning, design, construction integration, design reviews, constructability assessments, field visits, inspections, testing, reports, cost estimates, databases, dashboards, and safety initiatives. The role is onsite and requires relocation if necessary. Eligible students must be pursuing an ABET-accredited engineering degree and have completed at least their freshman year.

Manage highly complex EPC and combined-cycle gas turbine projects across planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, safety, risk, quality, reporting, and execution. Lead matrixed teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, customers, and regulators. Provide expert guidance, presentations, training, and accountability while ensuring project goals, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and AEP standards are achieved. Work occurs across offices, power plants, and construction sites with up to 50% travel for short durations.

Manage highly complex EPC and CCGT projects across planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, safety, risk, contracting, quality, reporting, and closeout. Lead matrixed teams and coordinate with customers, utilities, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and regulators. Provide expert project-management guidance, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and accountability while working across offices, power plants, and construction sites. Travel is typically 25% or less but may reach 50% for short periods.

Manage complex EPC and power-generation projects from initiation through closeout. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, contracting, safety, quality, stakeholder communication, and contractor/vendor coordination. Provide expert guidance, training, reporting, and decision support across matrixed teams while ensuring compliance with AEP standards and customer satisfaction. Work across offices, power plants, nuclear facilities, and construction sites, with travel typically up to 25% and occasionally up to 50%.
