Lead cross-functional teams to plan, baseline, and deliver enterprise technology projects within Infrastructure, Operations and Support. Manage portfolios including upgrades, proofs-of-concept, remediation, and lifecycle activities. Identify and mitigate risks, apply agile methods, handle project financials, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.

Provide legal advice and manage negotiation, documentation, and closing of corporate transactions (M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial agreements). Oversee a transactional team and outside counsel, coordinate with tax, accounting, regulatory and business stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments, and identify and mitigate legal and business risks.

Lead design and governance of enterprise infrastructure architectures across server platforms, OS, storage, databases, identity services, automation, and core platforms. Partner with stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture to define standards, roadmaps, technical designs, and modernization strategies. Provide architectural leadership, mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive automation and operational excellence to ensure secure, resilient, and supportable infrastructure solutions.

Lead HR strategy and operations for corporate functions, overseeing employee relations, HR service center, and compliance. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, analytics, succession planning, and executive guidance on complex ER matters to ensure legal compliance and a consistent, values-driven employee experience.

Participate in design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of intermediate and enterprise telecommunications networks. Prepare cost estimates, document projects, analyze network performance, recommend process enhancements, and collaborate across teams. Occasional travel required.

Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations, support month/quarter/year close, ensure SOX compliance, assist with FERC and GAAP reporting, respond to auditors, provide regulatory and management reporting support, and improve accounting processes while building relationships across business partners.
