Provide procurement-focused market intelligence and analytics to support category managers. Manage full life-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt, and management roles. Source candidates via traditional and nontraditional channels, screen and interview, administer assessments and background checks, deliver offers, ensure onboarding, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and affirmative action plans, partner with hiring managers and HRBPs, and drive process improvements. Role is onsite with substantial travel.

Lead income tax accounting and reporting activities including monthly ASC 740 provisions, effective tax rate calculations, and external disclosures (10-K/10-Q/FERC). Oversee SOX controls, tax forecasting, compliance, audits, and valuation allowances. Manage and develop tax staff, coordinate outside consultants, and support tax systems selection and process improvements. Communicate findings to stakeholders and support planning and regulatory matters.

Lead and coordinate moderate-to-high risk regional telecommunications projects in a matrix environment. Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout; manage engineering-to-construction handoffs, materials, schedules, contractors, safety processes, and stakeholder communication. Provide leadership, continuous improvement, post-project reviews, and training to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-effective delivery.

Manage and conduct operational audit engagements, oversee multiple audit projects, and provide subject matter expertise in operational risk areas. Prepare clear audit documentation and reports, engage senior management in client meetings, evaluate controls, governance, and compliance, and recommend improvements to mitigate risk and enhance customer value.
