Performs wholesale and third-party settlement activities, including invoice preparation, billing data entry, reconciliation, allocation analysis, discrepancy resolution, revenue and expense actualization, contract and regulatory documentation, and support for regulatory filings. Maintains settlement procedures and files, follows Sarbanes-Oxley controls, supports reporting tools and process improvements, and assists with special projects under guidance.

Develops and operates cost, schedule, quality, and performance controls for utility capital projects. Builds dashboards and KPIs, monitors budgets and schedules, supports earned value management, identifies risks and variances, improves forecasting accuracy, and standardizes project reporting and completion criteria. The role requires utility project controls experience, familiarity with energy delivery constraints, and proficiency with project scheduling, analytics, asset management, and project management software.

Develops and coordinates electrical utility design drawings, layouts, schematics, calculations, specifications, estimates, and project packages. Provides technical guidance, mentoring, training, peer reviews, and QA/QC oversight while ensuring compliance with AEP, NEC, NESC, and NERC standards. Coordinates vendors, reviews manufacturer drawings, supports procurement, reports project progress, and promotes safety and continuous professional development. Works independently as a department or group design lead with minimal direction.

Coordinates scope-of-work activities and supports project managers by developing, maintaining, and analyzing cost-loaded, resource-loaded, and logic-driven schedules. Defines activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; leads schedule reviews; tracks progress, risks, metrics, and KPIs; and communicates status to stakeholders. The role also prepares reports, maintains baselines, supports project and outage teams, and applies AEP project-management standards.

Provides routine administrative support, including document processing, report compilation, information retrieval, filing, data entry, mail distribution, telephone coverage, correspondence, calculations, and operation of office equipment. Communicates with employees and customers, organizes information, supports department productivity, answers questions, and applies judgment to handle assignments. The senior-level requirements include several years of administrative experience, discretion, confidentiality, analytical ability, and proficiency with computers and office software.

Supports security projects, incidents, and initiatives; evaluates technical, physical, and behavioral safeguards; assesses Human Risk Management controls; identifies mitigations; documents findings and risk responses; researches security technologies; and communicates security requirements and recommendations to teams and leaders. The role also develops security documentation, formulates work plans, manages multiple assignments, and advances enterprise security objectives.

Supports IAM operations, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement administration, Active Directory group and service account management, access reviews, documentation, and end-user support. Uses basic PowerShell and SQL for administration and reporting, participates in audits and security initiatives, collaborates with IT and business partners, and provides on-call support. The role is fully on-site with occasional extended hours or overtime.

Coordinates O&M and capital budgeting, forecasting, re-projections, variance analysis, ad-hoc reporting, improvement requisitions, financial model support, regulatory data requests, and rate case preparation. Leads process improvements and supports business strategy, resource allocation, profitability decisions, and cross-functional coordination with finance, accounting, operations, engineering, and regulatory teams.

Provides regulatory legal counsel to AEP operating companies, including advising on laws and regulations, shaping legislative and regulatory positions, and preparing and litigating Integrated Resource Plans and Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity. Collaborates with internal and external counsel, manages legal resources, reduces regulatory risk, and supports generation asset development and company objectives.

Leads executive technology support operations, escalation management, incident response, endpoint and mobility services, and technology readiness for Board and executive events. Manages technology staff, vendors, service standards, operational metrics, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives. Builds relationships with executives and internal teams, ensures reliable executive technology experiences, and participates in after-hours support and travel of up to 25%.
