Provides credit administration and underwriting support for commercial real estate loan portfolios. Responsibilities include annual reviews, covenant and collateral monitoring, financial statement analysis, credit approval packages, deal screening, loan document review, risk recommendations, borrower communication, and compliance issue resolution. The role partners with relationship managers and senior credit committees, serves as a secondary client contact, and requires limited travel, schedule flexibility, and successful background and credit checks.

Develops clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for bank marketing and communications across multiple channels. Collaborates with creative, marketing, design, video, and business teams; researches audiences and products; revises content based on stakeholder, legal, and compliance feedback; proofreads materials; contributes to campaigns; and manages multiple deadlines while balancing creativity, brand standards, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.

Supports commercial real estate loan portfolio administration and underwriting, including annual reviews, covenant monitoring, borrowing base analysis, collateral exceptions, credit packages, and preliminary deal screening. Spreads and analyzes financial statements, evaluates loan risks and structures, recommends mitigations and credit terms, reviews loan documents, communicates with borrowers and senior bankers, and presents recommendations through the credit approval process. The role requires less than 5% travel and may include evening or weekend work.

Researches and conducts due diligence on external investment managers, performs manager searches, and evaluates strategies and performance. Develops portfolios and models across client risk profiles, presents recommendations to investment councils and leadership, documents findings for compliance and audit, and communicates manager and portfolio information to portfolio managers. Reviews and conducts annual assessments of non-approved assets.

Reviews and services documentation for checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA, and HSA accounts. Verifies account forms, authorities, system specifications, and regulatory compliance; processes corrections and maintenance requests; supports bank branches through phone and email. The role also assists with training, procedures, records storage, bank mergers and acquisitions, cross-functional coverage, and compliance activities.
