Provide day-to-day support for Commercial Lines clients and account managers through processing certificates, endorsements, policy changes, audits, cancellations, and renewals. Progress through phased training to co-manage a book of business, prepare proposals and renewal comparisons, support remarketing, and maintain accurate client documentation and carrier relationships.

Serve as primary client contact for employee benefits accounts, support risk advisors in quoting, renewals, policy review, implementations, and client meetings. Maintain client relationships, resolve service issues, enter activities into agency systems, and comply with federal/state regulations while pursuing professional development.
