Support Commercial Lines account management by processing policy tasks, certificates, endorsements, audits, and client requests. Participate in training, maintain documentation, build carrier relationships, co-manage a book of business, prepare renewal comparisons and proposals, assist in remarketing, and communicate coverage and policy options to clients under supervision while progressing through phased responsibilities.

Market and place new commercial insurance business by sourcing carrier quotes, validating and submitting applications, binding coverage, and transitioning accounts to account managers. Collaborate with Risk Advisors, manage timelines, maintain carrier relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior marketers, and pursue professional designations to support accurate, timely insurance placement and client satisfaction.

Serve as primary client contact for personal lines insurance: maintain active P&C license, manage policies and client files, process changes, support renewals and cancellations, work with carriers and Risk Advisors to analyze markets and prepare quotes, respond to client inquiries same business day, maintain documentation in agency systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue ongoing professional development.
